Be on the safe side!
No matter how well you plan your participation in the fair, it is impossible to exclude unpleasant surprises. Thus, you cannot prevent with 100 percent certainty that you will have to bear the cost of damage to your exhibits or the exhibition stand. Equally, you can never be certain of not being liable to pay damages for losses suffered by other participants in the fair.
For example, the General Terms of Event of Messe Frankfurt expressly state (section 1.19) that Messe Frankfurt accepts no insurance risk. Therefore we recommend you ensure you have adequate insurance cover. Being cooperation partner of Messe Frankfurt we offer the following kinds of insurance:
